Leave. Seriously. You'll feel so much better elsewhere. Make UW realize their students are the most important part of this institution. Not overpaid senior admin with their snouts in the public trough. Earn your degree, don't simply pay for one.
I have friends who quit UW then enrolled elsewhere. They do not speak ill about UW directly. But when asked answers are blunt about poor treatment of students. Go elsewhere, earn a degree, gain contacts and influence, then you will have power to do something. Or put up with it.

@1.a Why not? Quitting the school is one thing. Quitting and regrouping is another.
