You think you are dissing UW, but it really says a lot more about your dumb choice of program than of UW. We all know that it's a technical school, and one hears often enough praise from companies like Google, Facebook and LinkedIn as well as top notch schools like CMU, MIT and Cornell. They tell me good candidates from here go to the top of the pile.
Citations? I've heard the opposite from businesses and from institutions like MIT, Stanford, UCLA, ETH Zurich, Oxford, and Cambridge. UW has a reputation for being entitled and arrogant.
That study is shit. Did you notice that MIT is not listed? That should have been a clue.
But you know what, if for whatever suits train it makes you feel better to think that you went to a shit school, why am I trying to convince you otherwise?
I've been out there in SV fit several years, and know where we stand as a school. We aren't God gift to earth, but we are a well respected school and well known in the valley. They say something like: that's the Canadian school with good hackers right?
Seriously dude, if MIT missing from that list doesn't raise warning flags you just failed statistics. What would you say if a list which claimed to have the toughest twenty mountains in earth was missing Everest?
I have to disagree. UW is very relevant here in China and Syria.

DeleteCitations, 2a? Also, do UW students really seem entitled at Oxford? MIT?
DeleteLinked in had the studies of where silicon valley hires the most. Just Google it. UW is always near the top.

Lol the list is wrong and you're right. Lmao. True UW mentality.

ReplyDeleteYou should read the comments and maybe it might explain that. But, again, it's reading and comprehension, very difficult UW students.
Delete^Good sentence. Maybe its just you?
Delete^Much burn. Very difficult UW students. Understand subtle can't.
DeleteUW global dominance program here i come!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Come again!
ReplyDelete> can't get job
