OMG: There's a white BMW in the parking lot of my building that hasn't been driven or cleared of snow in 5 days minimum. Someone doesn't appreciate their gifts.
Maybe, but its shiny and new looking under the ice and snow. Btw, this was posted last week and the car still didn't see use. I guess now that its raining it'll at least get thawed out. Not doing the engine any good though.
^I'm pretty sure that those cars are stored covered with fuel stabilizer, if not indoors. That said, I'm sure their car will be fine. I just find it funny that it's just sitting there under a pile of snow. Still hasn't been touched as of this morning btw :P
It's probably broken down.

DeleteSitting for a few weeks will not hurt the engine. It's a lot better for it than cold starting it daily and driving around the city in the slush.
ReplyDeletePerformance and classic cars are stored for 6 months every year without issue.
