I feel like a horrible person. I bought my brother's girlfriend a Christmas gift, but when I got home I decided to keep it for myself, partly because I like it, and partly because I can't imagine giving that bitch such a nice present. Maybe I'll go buy her some socks or some really hideous earrings.

I say it's fine. You're not obligated to buy gifts for your brother's partner in the first place - especially if they aren't married.
