OMG:

To the guy that asked me to watch your stuff in the library... I would have said no if I knew you were gonna be gone for over 2 hours! It's incredibly rude not only to me but to everyone who would like to be using the nice desks on the 6th floor. Stop being a selfish, impudent prat.

  1. In the future, just leave. It is not your responsibility to look over their stuff. If you feel bad about it, leave an anonymous note in their booth saying "Sorry, had to leave after an hour." Hopefully it'll make them realize how stupid they were... assuming their stuff is even still there, lol.

  2. You can just take it all to one of the librarians and explain what happened.

    1. Are you friends with him? Because you should let your friend know that he is a fucking idiot.

  6. if he's willing to leave his stuff with a complete stranger, just dip in the future. Obviously he doesn't give a fuck about his computer.

  7. "Could you watch my stuff" is what you ask the person next to you when you want to run to the bathroom without losing your seat. It's not an excuse to go grab a meal with friends and dick around doing other stuff for a long period of time. If you think you'll be gone longer than about 15-20 minutes, then you should take your stuff with you, out of courtesy.

  11. If it's any consolation, someone did this to me in a mall with their frikkin' dog. I was picking my sister up from work, and this lady asked me to watch her dog for a few minutes. I was waiting anyway so I said yes. Sure enough my sister shows up and we both end up sitting waiting. When the lady came back I handed her the leash and told her someone offered me $300 for the dog and that next time I was going to take it.
