OMG:

Pet peeve: When fast food workers make a mistake on your order then act like it's your fault and don't even say a quick "sorry" when fixing it. I'm talking about you, white guys at SCH timmies in the morning with the attitude problem.

  1. i work at the v1 cafe, y'all need to complain about things more often, alot of the older workers (at v1 atleast) can be very rude but younger workers such as myself cannot really do/say anything. BUT if a student speaks up then it will put the worker being rude back in their place via the manager/supervisor.

    It sounds like a hassle but little things like speaking up/complaining is the only way anything gets done, You guys pay WAAAY to much for what you get and have every right to complain.

  3. I agree. I asked to check if they had specific item. The guy goes and check, answers yes. Then I get told they don't have it at the sandwich bar. They substituted with something else of lower price. :(

  4. SCH Timmies almost always screws up orders, yet people like you keep lining up there like lemmings and then complaining when the inevitable happens.

    1. I only have gone there twice this entire term. It's easier to go there vs the Math CnD (the best place) when I'm running short on time to make it to my class in RCH.

  5. Make sure you stay on the side that you placed your order on. 90% of those mistakes happen because people don't listen when we call out your order and just take someone else's food. PLEASE don't do this. It makes our jobs that much more difficult.

    Also, we aren't physics believe it or not. If you don't tell the cashier explicitly that you want a combo then you're not getting one.

    2. BS and admit to your fucking mistakes. We are humans, we make mistakes but you are also humans and you DEFINITELY make TONS of mistakes. There's been SO MANY FUCKING times tims at slc made mistakes and WERE RUDE BEYOND NECESSARY that you fucked up my fucking order and had to remake it. ITS NOT MY FUCKING FAULT YOU MADE THE WRONG FUCKING THING. YOU NOT ONLY WASTED YOUR TIME BUT YOU WASTED MY FUCKING TIME AND I FUCKING PAID FOR FOOD AND SERVICE. Do you not fucking get it? What I paid for includes SERVICE. So don't fucking give me that shit attitude and customer blame. Own up to it like a human being for fucks sakes
