Its actually not assault, since the owner of the private property (or in this case, a representative of the owner) asked them to leave. They are technically considered trespassing at that point, and can legally be removed from the premises with *reasonable* force (which in this case, is debatable). However, the police still recommend that owners of private properties call them instead of dealing with trespassers on their own.

People are overreacting, he moved the guy out, it wasn't even that bad. I'm pretty sure most people are actually excited about the drama more than the "outrage" they're all claiming to have.
