2a, I remember hearing something like "there will be a limit on how quickly the machine can dispense." So if you want to stand there for hours and hours until you've got 'em all... well, then go for it, I guess? I mean, I'm assuming it's our student dollars (i.e. the Feds Fee) which are paying for these in the first place, so....
