OMG: End of term reminder to not put unwanted books in the library return boxes. The library doesn't keep them; they go straight to lost and found. You're better off trying to sell them to the Used Bookstore or bringing them to Good Will.

  1. Nah, don't worry what the OP tells you.

It's your money you're spending at the university. If you want to put your books into the return boxes it's your right to do so.

OP is just a lazy library worker who wants to sort through less books. Live life the way you want to without being ordered around by unionized, pensionized people like him.

  3. There is a textbook drop off at the library at the start and end of terms now. They do sell them or do something nice with them. I think something about a charity?

    1. That's true but there's a special place for those to go. If you put the books in the return bins, you're not contributing to the charity; you're simply adding to the lost and found bin. It's sad how many new textbooks end up there.
