OMG: I can't tell if he's flirting with me but playing it off because we work together and doesn't want to weird things out or if that's just how he normally talks to girls.
We joke around a lot and I've gotten to know him, sometimes he winks at me (maybe he doesn't realize he does), he maintains intense eye contact (but he's also very confident), he notices how I dress and all that kind of stuff... So now I just don't know.. Is that just how guys talk and act around all their girl friends?
Provide more details on this. I need a good read as I procrastinate my life away.

DeletePlot twist: he's married.
ReplyDeleteTrust me, if he's interested he will explicitly say he is. Until he outright says he's into you assume he's not. You'll save yourself a lot of grief.

DeleteWait what? This isn't true at all. There's lots of shy guys out there who would love for the girl to make the first move, because a) they aren't sure and b) they're shy.
DeleteOP, please don't take advice from this website. It's full of hateful trolls.
ReplyDeletethe answer is: cup his balls
ReplyDeleteupdate: I talked to him and just asked him, he said that's just how he talks to girls. Oh well i guess I was just reading it all wrong. It's cool we could just continue talking the way we normally do instead of it becoming awkward but it's still kind of embarrassing now that he knows how I feel. At least it's better knowing instead of continuing to wonder.
ReplyDeletegood on you!
DeleteYou may have read it right but he preferred to keep it under the radar. Not be explicit since it's at work.
Delete1. Be attractive.
ReplyDelete2. Don't be unattractive.
He wants the V.
ReplyDeleteI've got a guy friend who's like that. Very confident, naturally a flirt, and also notices and compliments how individual girls dress. So yes, sometimes you can read into it too much.
ReplyDeleteCommunication is key. Good for you for talking to him, OP. Also, if you seem to let it go/forget about it, great chances are that he will too.
