OMG: Guys at UW are generally whiny, entitled and unattractive and still bitch on this website about not getting girls? For a bunch of people who are apparently 'intelligent', you sure are blind to the reality of just how pathetic you are.

    1. Indeed, sounds like the kind of articulate, thoughtful woman you'd hope to meet at university.

That post is thick with irony.

    2. OP is anything but articulate. Just another snowflake with an inferiority complex.

    2. You're right that did come off in a trolling manner. But I am serious, this school does have a large amount of guys (and girls) that are socially awkward. see Spotteds saying "Girl at the bar, hi". More effort goes into posting on the frosh facebook pages then socializing in real life with many people...

  8. Well OP may be a faggot but he does raise a valid point, the enormous amount of betas in waterloo is a thing, however thats also a good thing for the alphas because of less competition. This brings us to the point of what OP's gender is. If he is male, this should not be a problem as long he is alpha (which he probably isn't). If its a girl then it stems down to whether she is attractive or not. So OP, are you bangable?

  9. Had this post been about girls at UW we would be in the 50-60 comment range with most comments crying sexism, rape culture, and how being a slut is normal.

    1. All girls are sluts, its up to the guy to bring the slut out of her,

    2. Being a slut IS normal. It shouldn't be, it should be shameful. But being a slut is definitely normal fucking behaviour for the modern bitch.

  11. Actually agree with this, I'm a guy in eng but when a lot of people wonder they don't get girls they should look in the mirror..

  12. Oh please. I'll confess, once in a while when I am interested in someone I have a look at their Twitter account just to get a feel for what they are like. Maybe that sounds a little creepy, but it tells you a lot. I checked out a girl I was interested in and all I can say is if she's representative of first year students, Waterloo's admission standards have tanked, or academic success has nothing to do with maturity. Her and her friend from another university were discussing (I kid you not) how 'hot' Justin Bieber is and blabbering about One Direction. Are you fucking kidding? You are are 18 or 19 years old, first university, and that's what you're talking about? My friends and I don't talk about the unifying theory of the universe but at least if someone overhead us we'd at least sound like we might be adults, not 12 year olds. The only way I could relate to girls that vacant is if I got a lobotomy.

    1. At the same time, there's people who Tweet/FB things that seems more mature and serious but are still not capable of holding that kind of discussion in real life.

  13. The best people I've met since moving to the area have nothing to do with UW or WLU. Too much hubris for me.
