OMG: I wish I knew how to balance out working out with school. I just have so much stuff to do like clubs, keeping up with school, sleep...

  1. How is it difficult? Just go. It's not like all your time is already allocated. My schedule is fucked, but I still find time to go to the gym. Stop being a pussy.

  2. Keep it up though. I gave it up first time because I felt guilty working out instead of studying. Big mistake...stress got worse, I didn't feel great physically, and so on. Look at this way, the exercise you get will probably make you more effective when you are studying, so take the time.

  3. 2's got it right. Sleep, hygiene, exercise, and food are all things that you need to fit into your schedule to be effective. Yes you'll have to miss them sometimes, but it should never become a regular occurrence. Source: professional student (Masters :P )

  4. Set a schedule and stick to it (eg. studying a specific course on Mondays). Use any odd hours you have between classes to your advantage. Remember to clarify your priorities too because sometimes we have to make adjustments to schedules for important reasons (eg a bunch of assignments all due the same day) and thats perfectly fine.
