I'm sure you're not the only one, OP. The weather also gets to people too, as it has done to me. The way I deal with this is to follow the same sleep schedule you had during regular class (if there's such a thing), do the whole get-lots-of-healthy-food plan and water and other stuff, vitamin B (all kinds) and Vitamin D helps out a ton. Also worth noting, any Vitamin B that contains Rhodiola does amazing wonders, works like caffeine but without the crash and withdrawals. Stay positive, OP!
I feel this way too. It took me a long time to realize that mini-naps take away the sleepiness. I used to resist naps but now I give into one or two twenty minute naps everyday. It helps me remember more content when studying. Plus I have an alarm set on my cell phone to avoid over sleeping.
