OMG: PSA to all couples: There is no need to nuzzle each other in the middle of Williams. Or any other on-campus locale, for that matter.

  1. Too bad for you. I'm in a long distance relationship and when my bf visits me, I don't give a shit about what other people think when we are out in public.

    1. I really hope he likes you, because you'll have trouble finding another boyfriend with an attitude like that.

    2. Not 1, but I find that hard to believe. I'm sure plenty of guys don't care what people think about their PDA when they're with their girlfriend

  2. what's wrong with that? if couples are allowed to kiss in public, than a bit of nuzzle is nothing!!!

  3. Well the Williams on campus isn't really a Williams so they're just nuzzling at a hipster joint which makes perfect sense.

  4. You must be a fucking foreigner if you don't get that the culture here is to allow public displays of affection.

    1. Agreed. There's definitely a scale of what's acceptable in public, but 'nuzzling' is definitely squarely within the 'acceptable' range.

    2. OP is probably east Indian, as any public displays of affection there are a serious faux pas. When you leave India and come to another country, get used to their culture or go home.

  5. OP here. Spending over 15 minutes making out against a pole, nuzzling and rubbing each other in the middle of Williams will never be acceptable in public.

    1. Yes, it is. Guess what, she can walk around with her tits out, too! I've been to clubs where people look like they're having sex fully clothed and the people that are not are in the minority. In fact, I did that at a catholic high school dance with 2 girls at the same time. If you don't enjoy it, do what you enjoy, but please don't try to take away other people's joy in life.

    2. I actually enjoy it when people are practically fucking in public, even moreso when they are gay. Why? Its a sign of how unoppressed we are.

  6. This is why I hate living in a college town.

    1. Same here! I'm lonely, so everyone else should be lonely too!

    2. 6a, I'm not lonely; I just don't enjoy seeing people slobbering all over each other. It's funny that people automatically assume you're repressed/come from a different country/any other ad hominem attack, when frankly, this sort of behavior is only exhibited by people in their teens/immature 20s.

As for the other arguments about how it's not illegal... Picking your nose in public isn't illegal either, but I'm sure most people would prefer you don't.

Of course, I have no right to dictate to other people what they can and can't do in public, but they're also deluded if they believe that other people have to accept it.

    3. Lol I agree. I went out on a trip with one of the UW clubs and the guy talking to me would stop mid sentence and start making out with his gf and then resume conversation. Normally I don't even give a second glance to PDA but that was super rude. Like get a room brah or at least finish your effing sentence and don't make me wait for you to finish.

  7. So long as there's no digital/rectal contact, I'm okay with it.
