Bear in mind, not every director necessarily agrees with the increase. The fact that the executive make up five votes on an eleven person board makes it too easy for them to get things passed which is another issue in itself.

ReplyDeleteThe only objectionable thing is that it throws more money at marketing, which is just badly run and no amount of cash can solve that.
