Bullshit, twice when I asked for help they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them terribly and they rolled their eyes because they had to get up from their desk and stop chatting with their friends.
I hate it when someone thinks they know more about a workout than me and tries to help me with my form. I understand that you're trying to help, and I appreciate that. But maybe I'm targeting a different muscle group than you're used to. Easiest way is to just ask someone who looks like they know what they're doing, but try to get different opinions bc there's a lot of different ways to do the same exercise depending on what you're trying to achieve.
Gotta have t-shirts/signs for this...
