Seriously MODs? It had been a week since the last update and you're not going to publish any complaints about the infrequency. Maybe if you published on OMG like this, you'd see some of the comments and thoughts of the whole site, rather than just picking and choosing which things you like to hear about.

MOD'S NOTE: We apologize for the lack of updates. Schools has got us bogged down but we promise to update more often this term. We would love to hear your feedback so comment on this post and let us know what you think!

    If Uni work is too much, then maybe it's time to get another MOD or two. A bigger team would allow for less commitment and more updates.

    I'm fine with the frequency. There are a lot of omg's to post on. This site isn't central to anyone's life. It's not like it's an essential service. And I prefer less MODs than more, just to keep control of the site.

      It's not exactly entitlement. When someone becomes a MOD for a popular website like this, they're bound to put it on a CV or resume. The MODs should be on top of this site.

    More mods, and get rid of the captcha. OMGUW used to be like 2 days, which is reasonable.

    If you do get more mods, seek them out rather than getting volunteers. Would be a shame for this site to go the way of feds. I hope you don't get more mods.

      +1. Also the filtering seems completely arbitrary. Tons of racist/sexist posts get through but I'm sure there are plenty of fairly normal post that don't get through.

      I agree with the mods current level of filtering/deleting posts that are criminal including inciting violence. The mods allow a high level of freedom of expression. Don't change a thing about this.

    mods: Fix and enhance "search omguw". It sucks presently. Try pulling a random omg and then search for a unique phrase in one of its posts. When I've tried this it doesn't work.
