They do, but many rappers - given the nature of the industry - are generally not the type to give a fuck that a bunch of people who fail to impact their profits are offended. If I was in a rapper's position hearing feminist activists complaining about my music I would go smoke a fat blunt while counting my unnecessarily large amounts of cash I would likely keep around as spending money.
