Leg press destroys your knees
Bad form destroys your knees. Squats are great, squat-bros, but leg presses have their place too and are definitely not "useless".In any case, she does an impressive amount of weight outside of the leg press too, and I bet she can squat more than you two assholes anyway.
that's like squatting sin30*385 lbs. = 192.5lb minus like another 20% since no stability is needed = 154 lb squat
