I'll be honest... if someone can successfully paint their nails on a fucking public bus, they are not to be messed with. I can't imagine the amount of skill that would take holy shit.
As someone with chronic migraines (which can be triggered or worsened by strong scents) I completely agree. The other bad one is perfume...girl next to me on the bus was respraying herself with perfume ON the bus. Just really inconsiderate.
Studies have shown nail polish to be toxic when inhaled. Factory workers need to wear respirators but beauticians (if thats what they are called) don't, and they have higher rates of cancer from the fumes. If you are doing this on the bus, you are basically committing a chemical attack on a bus. YOU ARE A TERRORIST!!!
