OMG: UW: Don't take everything so seriously.

We're all made of the same flesh and bones, and that asshole that cut you off on the highway, or the stupid healthcare worker who made you wait two hours has things that they love, and things they find beautiful, and given their situation, they are doing what they think is "good" at that point in time.

The actions and the behaviours are the things you address, not the person. And the actions and behaviours are changeable.

It's hard when no one teaches you to take a step back and remember that the other human being is, after all a human being. They're trying their best to live out their lives, and they couldn't control the situation that they were brought up in, where/when they were born, or how they look like; same way as you.

We're here for 60, 70 years, and then our atoms return to the cosmos - if everything ticks you off, and if everything is a crisis, and if everything is a regret - can you really call that a life well lived? Please, be more accepting of others and help one another. Smile. Reading some of the hateful, and depressing comments made me want to throw in my input. A lot of you don’t know or forget it but we're all in this together :)

  1. Why is that when I post my hippy bullshit it doesn't get posted, yet this does?

    Thanks a lot mods.

Also good post OP. It's like when you're talking to little kids. "You're not a bad boy, but what you just did was bad."

    1. ^ LOL. But yeah, OP is right. Let's take a step back and remember that we aren't 'that' different from everybody else.
