OMG: I said hi to a guy (I'm a female) just in passing at Williams, (we're in the same classes and have mutual friends, our programs not that big) and he didn't even say hi back and ran out of Williams. Like I don't get it, is it socially unacceptable to say hey to someone or am I that scary? Like it wasn't even the first time we talked we've talked in passing in classes.

  1. Are you sure he heard you? Or maybe he was just thinking about many things while walking.

  2. Remember this is UW. People are kind of fucked up socially here. I've never ever encountered such strange behaviour elsewhere.

  6. I'd probably run away too from a girl who greets you with "like, hey,".

  7. When I am on campus without friends, I usually go into my own zone. I have had friends have to literally come over to me, in my face, to get me to notice them.
