OMG: So apparently unless someone is threatening WPIRG, nobody actually cares what Feds does, or how it spends almost $3 million in students' money, eh?
Well... okay then.

    1. Even though it's your money they're wasting?

    2. They are reasonably useful to me, but I'm not going to put time in to it.

  3. Not caring what Feds does and not attending a general meeting are two different things. I won't spend hours at a meeting unless it affects me a lot personally, diminishing a service I use or if CFS was trying to take over.

    1. Isn't the problem on this campus the fact that most students feel as though Feds DOESN'T affect them a lot personally?

  4. As well putting the General meeting when a lot of students are right in the middle of midterms wasn't a great idea for a high turnout rate...

    1. Reword: putting the GM when a lot of students are right in the middle of midterms was a great idea for a low turnout rate.

The less non-FedS Board students that come, the more the FedS board gets to rule the GM.

    2. 4a, quit with the conspiracy bullshit.

Feds is required by its own bylaws to hold the AGM in the month of October. There is no point during that month when students AREN'T right in the middle of midterms. But people came last year anyway.

  5. 4b, 4a makes sense about motivation. Sounds like everyone considers the GM a waste of time compliance formality anyways.
