Good luck. This is a public institution. People don't get fired, they just get shuffled around, forced to attend mandatory seminars, or talked to by their supervisor.
I'm working with the NEW health and wellness coordinator to address the complaints I made years ago. They're doing exactly what above said.. Shuffling them around. She says they're miserable being at a desk all day every day. But we are running surveys and mystery "shoppers" so get in touch with Jeanette Gascho if you're interested in giving your opinion. I hope the issue will get resolved. Recently talked with her for an hour about how disappointing her new buildings SERVICE is.. She is new to the position and seems willing to make change
The short haired brunette. There was a student without an appointment first in line who she rudely interrupted mid sentence to ask the next two people in line if they had appointments, which they did so she let them check in. I was next in line, but for some reason she decided to help the student without the appointment, answer a phone call, and then proceeded to tell the person BEHIND me to come forward. How rude can you get that you can't even bother to at least ASK if I have an appointment, for whatever reason she assumed I didn't have one.
What's the point of even making an appointment and arriving early if I can't even get checked in by the time of my appointment? Jeeze.
