OMG: Oh Feds... http://uwimprint.ca/article/4453-feds-declares-welcome-week-a-success

While I think it's AWESOME that they attracted so much money in sponsorship, and that it opens the gateway to bigger and better things in the future, 2500 people for the WW concert is kinda pathetic. There were 6000 people last year. Soooo....

  1. Realistically, they need better bands. It doesn't help that KW has the cultural equivalent to what probably lives in the small dimple on the top of my ass crack.

  2. Last year's bands were a lot better. It still drew 6000 people even though it was held outdoors on a pretty cold night.

  3. Back in the day Waterloo drew amazing acts. Just go to Ethel's and check out the posters on the wall.

    1. Back in the day they could legally serve alcohol at those events, and beer companies were willing to pay massive amounts of money in sponsorship.

  4. Fact check: last year's concert drew about 2800 people according to a report I remember seeing last year.

  5. So glad some of that sponsorship money came from Schembri ... guess feds doesn't care if a company treats students like crap. As long as the company has a cheque book
