OMG: When did the place in the SLC and BJs close? Where the hell am I supposed to get a haircut now? I don't understand how one closing didn't help the other become even more profitable.

  3. Just catch a 200 to uptown and get a haircut at G&T Barbers. They're good.

  4. Both of those places are absolutely terrible. Try Oasis Joe's for men and Raymond's in the mall for men or womens

  5. honestly just go to the haircutter inside walmart on the boardwalk (ira needles and university). i've spent like $50-60 at other places (spabar, cowboys and angels, etc) and end up with the exact same haircut as i do at walmart for $20, seriously

alternately try gina's hair school on weber, sometimes the appointments take a long time but it's very reasonably priced and they massage your scalp. had my hair done there a few times, loved it each time

    1. I second the suggestion for the hair salon inside of the Walmart at Ira Needles. Diana is really good. Both my partner (male) and my roommate (female) had their hair cuts there and it was surprisingly really good and still affordable.

    2. I actually really like Spabar. The ladies there are lovely and I've never had a bad cut there. *shrugs*

  6. I don't undestand how guys with short hair spend more than $20 on a haircut.. seems ridiculous to me.. but that's just me ;)

  7. BJ's is still running basically out of another salon. The one woman who owned it(Beverly) works at Donna's Hair Design at the intersection of Bridge/University.

  8. Adult men have thicker hair than females. If you’re cutting men’s hair at the same time, this hair clippers will do just wonderful. This tool is built for professional use simply because handling isn’t so easy considering its weight.
