OMG: Isn't it just as pointless to call yourself an Atheist as it is to call your Christian, Buddhist, Jew etc. I mean, we're born into the world with no belief of any of that stuff. We have no concept of God or no-God, so why the heck do we keep playing games and arguing this when both are illusory?

  2. "I mean, we're born into the world with no belief of any of that stuff"

We're also born into the world without a concept of dinosaurs, computers, and frozen dinners. Labels are useful.

    1. Yea, labels are useful. But we forgot the purpose of them... they're just tools to understand our surroundings. But when you give your identity to labels you have become disconnected from reality. Have you wondered why there is so much conflict in the world? It's because we wholeheartedly believe in our conditioning.. we believe that our knowledge is true, and even worse, we believe that our knowledge is the only truth.

"And if you swear that there's no truth and who cares, how come you say it like you're right?"

  4. In this moment, I am euphoric. Not because of some phony god's blessing, but because I am enlightened by my own intelligence.

    1. Intelligence can also be illusory. Because yes, it can highlight reality, but it isn't reality itself. It's like a useful pointer.. So in the moment, you can be euphoric because you don't need a phone god's blessing, nor do you need intelligence to know reality... Because reality just is.

  5. It is especially when Atheist's start arguing that their views are better than religions. Oh the irony..

    2. Well it would be. Because it's just as naive to believe that there is no such this as the heavens as it is to believe that there is. You don't know, and can't know.
