That's retarded. No one curls the 110lbs dumbbells. There are a lot of dumbbell exercises where you need high weights like lunges, shrugs, and bent rows.
all the exercises you described can be done in a variation using other means like barbells. bent rows- prolly not, but if some one goes over CIF's limit for bent rows, they are too baller to be working out in CIF.
