OMG: This term I switched out of the math faculty and into the economics program in Arts. I went from having a below 60 average in math/failing two courses to having a 95% cumulative average for the term.
Can't say I'm not happy with the decision to switch.
good for you, but did you ever consider that you just became more serious? Either way congrats...

At any level econ uses math, but not the kind of math you would see in a Math faculty program. The "worst" it really gets is a couple steps beyond what's in the first year linear algebra course for math majors.
