You know you should have mentioned lack of interest in the interview itself... Thing with Jobmine (future reference) only apply to jobs you really see yourself working... no safety net, because its the safety net that usually fucks people over. Especially if you are not a shit student
lol people worrying about CECA. Just email the your interviewer directly, he should have given you contact into. I did this before. I emailed the interview before the ranking process started and told him not to rank me because I thought his job's pay was too low.

You can try but if CECA catches any whiff of this (ex:from the employer) you will be punished to the full extent of the law.
ReplyDeleteWhat does this have anything to do with the law?
Deleteemployment contract
DeleteThey will shove a metaphorical (and then in a dark room literal) dick up your ass
DeleteUse the glitch before emailing, maybe you didn't get ranked anyway
ReplyDeleteTip for next time... If you do not like the job, sign off on it immediately after the interview
ReplyDeleteYou're often not allowed to do this unless you have a really good reason.
DeleteUnless you can come up with a really good reason, there's little chance. The CECA tends to put the employers before students

ReplyDeleteJust send a nice email to the interviewer. They're not going to tell CECA...they'd rather hire someone that's actually interested in the position.
ReplyDeleteI know they could throw the book at you and bar you from Jobmine but I don't know how often that happens
ReplyDeleteJust do a really shitty job at the interview
