OMG: I'm on coop and lately I've had very little work to do...I shouldn't feel guilty about not doing anything then, right?

  1. Last summer I spent one whole week on reddit, not a second of real work. I was processing about 100GB of data with program I made and couldn't do anything else.

    1. It took you a week to go through 100gigs? Whoa, if I was working with machines that slow I'd never get anything done.
      Next time try EMR.

  2. 80% of the co-op program is with you OP

  3. Ask for more work, employer will only respect you more

  4. Ask for more work or start a side project. It will help, trust me. 'Cuz if you sit around, 3 months from now, you won't be able to figure out what you gained/learned from the experience.
