    1. Yes, but we don't do it in groups of like, 20.

  4. I agree 100% to 50% of your statement. Any slow walkers should move aside or speed up to let people who need to be places get there on time.

  5. You can just squeeze pass them or yell. I lived in china and that's what people do.

    1. No, for example if the person is walking in the middle of a path designed to accommodate up to two, then there is no room in either lane.

  11. I am getting tired of Asians everywhere, especially speaking in the library. I love going home and hearing english everywhere. Honestly I think Cantonese hurts my head.

    1. it's the way these people enunciate it

cantonese can sound good, but lots of these kids have a bratty attitude so it comes across in their speech tones

    2. Most of the Chinese you hear on campus is Mandarin. Hardly anyone speaks Cantonese

      Source: I speak both

    3. The asian lauguages you hear the most are Mandarin and Korean. There are few Cantonese speakers in Waterloo. I am from China and I am sorry about your experience. Sometimes, I don't like my own language either. However, English isn't an attractive language either. It's too plain. I would love to hear Italian, Spanish and French all day long.

  12. The difference between 12 and 12c's tone and response: a big-mouthed white person vs. a nice timid Asian from China.

    - I'm white and can't stand my own kind.

    3. 12 again: I admit I was being a dick. Was just really annoyed at these asian girls talking in the library at the time. My bad.

  13. 12c here again: despite my negative comment toward my own race, I think the most annoying group is the brown guys.
