One of my interviewers did this and I gave him the much deserved wtf look. He then explained that his questions are on their and he will be taking notes on it.
To the interviewers who do this. I don't think you understand the fact that UW students are interviewing you more than you are interviewing us. We have jobs piled up on us so we don't have to play your little games.
This kind of thing bothers me a lot too. You go into the interview looking professional and ready to go and the guy is some intern in shorts and a polo. Some companies get it though and show up with their big boy pants (and female equivalent, like, a big girl pants suit of skirt) on.
