Professors should not be allowed to put on the midterm something they just taught in the class before the midterm that is not even in the textbook.

Well at least they DID teach it. Some profs don't even bother with that.

While I agree that this could be considered uncool, can't see what would stop them. They taught the material so they test it.

erm..they actually aren't allowed. There's a policy on this somewhere..complain about it! it isnt fair!
