there is no evidence that campus dentist hires only attractive blonde females. Blurting out discrimination without evidence just seems whiny that there isn't a diverse selection of dentist. It's like saying that employees who work at asian restaurants are all asian and must be discriminating against other non asians.

Discriminating against potential employees is unlawful but all employers reserve the idea of setting "requirements" for the job position and turning down anyone who does not meet that criteria...
