OMG:
Wow. Our school is awful for answering calls about OSAP. I've been on the line for 30 minutes (and counting) and it just keeps repeating how I have to wait for the next representative. It's maddening! Can I at least get some music next time? Everyone in that office had better be under the control of Hypnotoad right now. =_=

I've experienced this before, it's horrid. I'm pretty sure they have exactly 1 person answering the phone for what I'm sure is many hundreds of people calling in.

Go in person. Everyone in that office is pretty much dealing with OSAP-related paperwork so there's no one to answer calls. There's also an entire person who deals with answering questions at the desk, so it'd probably be a lot better use of everyone's time.
