@13: Meh, I have it from a while ago and it works fine...it's an editor, not an OS.
@14: Delayed.
@15: I use 750px.
@16: What's the difference? Unfortunately many browsers have their own html quirks and the editor might not be able to adjust for everything (or maybe it's a "bug" in the editor).
@17: You better check what it looks like, I tried making Word output proper-looking html for quite a few hours in first year. Then when I failed, said "fuck it" and got Kompozer.
Also remember to check cross-platform. Font rendering differences could throw off your layout

My resume format is different in different browsers. The spacing is off and only works perfectly in Firefox. What should I do? Does it matter?

learn to format html properly. Consult a CS student. If you are a CS student, consult a CECS.

@8: Did you use Word to write it?
September 24, 2012 at 12:47 AM
^ Yes, and I don't know HTML.
September 24, 2012 at 2:27 AM
^ Get Kompozer.
September 24, 2012 at 7:29 AM
Forget Kompozer, it's pretty much dead. Get Blue Griffon.

Isn't Jobmine supposed to accept PDF resumes starting this term?
September 24, 2012 at 4:39 PM
What size should I use for Kompozer, like pixel width?
September 24, 2012 at 5:01 PM

September 24, 2012 at 6:02 PM
I just use Word and then do "Save As" and then select the web document (html) option.
