I think about this everyday.
I used to hold doors for ladies, or people coming in just after me. I like to wait a few seconds and hold doors for shy/awkward looking guys just to see the look on their faces.
Also, sticking your tongue out at people and then smiling is always fun. The point is to stop pretending you don't notice other people. It's fun!
