They are taking in the sights before study crackdown starts next month.
IMO, fucking annoying. I had to tell off a bunch of 1st years last year who were chatting incessantly at the table where I was trying to finish my work term report. They don't understand that some of us actually have work to do.
It's a vicious cycle. Happens every September.

Killing time myself. Watching movies, trolling websites, etc. Seats are pretty comfortable compared to elsewhere on campus. Not sure what the big deal is.
