What's the point of showing the final under grades in Learn, if the grade for your final never actually gets posted to Learn...

    Having them there allows you to calculate what you need in order to pass the course. You can also write down that information so that when you do get your final mark you can calculate what you got on the exam.

    I see what you're saying OP. I think it's useful if the professor can offer you the grade before UW Quest marks goes live. That's the only reason I see why professors find it useful.

    Many profs use Learn to calculate final marks but hide it from students.

    Although, last week there was a fun javascript method you could run to show the hidden marks. They patched that unfortunately :)
