they changed the website they are not using that website anymore. they are trying this new thing for feds website with social network so the new website is here: http://www.feds.ca/welcomeweek/

^from a quick search I only see 2011 still up.. but even if there's 12 up over the last 12 years, why wouldn't they take them down? No one would use them any more and the content is likely all out of date.
