MOD'S NOTE: Do I ever! First I'd like to apologize for our inconsistent moderating lately. Admittedly, we're new, and we haven't discussed our moderating guidelines in depth. We are working to do that as soon as possible, but I'd like to make it clear that we do not plan to over-moderate in the future. As for the comments needing to be approved,
Update: I apologize again. Comment moderation doesn't affect me, even if I post anonymously, because I'm logged in as a moderator -- go figure. It should be fixed now.

Approval for posts was a temporary measure which was a response to extreme flaming/spam. Know your facts, guys.
Also, nothing wrong with post moderation. Notice how my posts never get removed? It's not because I'm performing sexual favors for the MODs (I know, hard to believe!), I just know what's acceptable and what's not.
Also, I bet over 50% of the "removed" posts are fake.

MODS you completely changed the words to one of my posts once. I really don't appreciate that. That right there is censorship of the worst kind because my post wasn't even anything bad it was stating how much I loved being part of the UW community and wanted to help others appreciate what this school has to offer.

Why do you reword so many of the posts? Most of the time the re-wording changes the tone, and makes it seem significantly different.

WTF do you mean by "know you facts', RL? Not all of us are posted on this site 24/7 so when we see posts with 1/2 the comments "removed" and then comments have to be approved to it's a shock.
