Wake them up and kindly tell them they were snoring loudly. They would probably understand, and if they don't, then they are in the wrong.

Agree with 1. I sleep sometimes, but I don't think I snore. I'd be mortified to find out that I was.

No sleeping in the labs or the classrooms or the comfy. If you see someone, wake them up and tell them they shouldn't be sleeping there. If they do it again, wake them up and tell them if they don't stop you will call campus police

People usually don't know they are snoring, so you can just tap them on the shoulders and suggest they move to a more appropriate place for sleeping.
