OMG:
I feel like the same person is posting OMG's referencing news articles...please stop, they are boring and nobody cares.

MOD'S NOTE: They DO seem to be all in a row...

this OMG

  1. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

I'm sorry, OMGUW has to be all about sex, dating, and hating Laurier. Intellectual debate is prohibited.

  2. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

This is OMGUW not Twitter. If you don't want to read and learn just ignore it and stop bitching. Odds are the OP is an idiot because they are in UW for something other than Math or Engineering in which Waterloo is an utter joke.

  3. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

^ now that you can keep to yourself. Why exactly are you here if you think it's such a joke?

  4. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

^ I like reminding people they have a choice and can transfer from this shit hole if they truly value their career prospects.

  5. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

I find that a lot of math and engineering students are more ummm.. "worldly ignorant" than other students... I actually find the most intellectual ppl in arts -- because they have time to read other stuff than school work...

But to OP. You're boring. Some of us like reading articles.

  6. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

this isnt a website for people to post articles.. don't approve that shit, mods

  7. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

^ Uh yeah it is. Or do you use it because you're too buttfuck cowardly to talk to a girl and need to write a "missed connection?" This site is to share ideas and perspectives, if you don't like a post then go to the next one.

  8. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

Hyperlinking is the genesis of the world wide web.

  9. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

    @ its not reddit either.

  10. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

    I like the articles =S

  11. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

MODs, you don't have to approve of everything in the exact order they came in...

  12. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

@1 you're an idiot.... there are other topics besides the moronic ones you listed.

  13. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

    lol @7

So since 4 articles in a row were posted (that have nothing to do with UW) it's automatically a site to post articles.. good logic.

I don't even go on the MC section, I have a gf, son.

  14. Anonymous AC Says:

@4 my happiness lvl ,after reading your post, increased to over 9000.

So glad to see that there are like-minded people here

  15. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

    I approve of #4's message

  16. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

    @4
I don't know why everyone thinks this, according to QS University rankings we are currently 56 in engineering and 116 in Natural Sciences, in 2010 it was 39 and 80, in 2009 it was 27 and 56, in 2008 30 and 42 and so on.

We are getting worse apparently but we are not crap for everything else. I'm in physics and I certainly don't think we are the best but we are something to be proud of

  17. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

    @13

So because of these four articles they should be banned from the site? Nice thinking, if someone doesn't do what you approve of then assume you're the majority and therefore they should stop because you don't like it. Using logic, and past history on this site, many people link news articles to express themselves, if you have a problem with that junior then go to the next article.

Plus to have a gf she has to be physical and be made of matter of separate DNA from your hand.

  18. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

    ^ lol good one

i really dont see the problem with linking news articles - if u dont like it just skip it, no ones forcing u to read them!

  19. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

@6 That's because you arts students have an entirely different set of criteria for intelligence. I'm enrolled in PSYCH 101 this term, you hear the same people making the most inane comments in class, raising their hand to give contradiction to what the prof is saying, without counterargument, being sure to use plenty of large words so they come off as intelligent. Incidentally, these are the people arts students see as being "more intellectual" than other students.

An arts student would see someone in starbucks wearing thick-rimmed glasses and using a mac to write shallow poetry as being more intelligent than John Carmack (or someone similar).

  20. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

^ Actually, you meant @5. I am @5. And I'm not in arts, I'm in comp sci.

  21. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

@19: keep discriminating, it turns me on <3 wanna meet in Arts Quad sometime?

  22. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

@19 hiya buddy. you doin okay? is your lil peeny not working so well? is that why you're so glum? it's okay honey buns, the sexual frustration you feel is normal for omega closet homos. you'll feel much better when you done pulling the trigger, i promise <3

  23. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

^ @19 is an idiot, but @22 that was seriously not cool... no need to use the word homo, and encourage suicide

    And OP, you're boring.

  24. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

10 has it right. lol @ the arts kids getting mad.. worthless degree having, breathing all the CS and ENG kids air, with their silly faux-intellectual talk

  25. Anonymous Anonymous Says:
