OMG:
Pimping Islam, Really? This world has a bunch of crazies.

this OMG

  1. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

Isn't pushing Islam on people just wut Islam does?

  2. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

The guy throwing around these accusation sounds like a real d-bag.

  3. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

I'm going to preface this by saying I am an atheist so I am unbiased in what I am about to say.

Really? It just seems like he is making it known that he is muslim. The stuff that they are saying he said doesn't seem like he is pushing it on anyone. Honestly it looks no different than the Christian famous people in the U.S. that tweet about Jesus, but no one is complaining about that. Justin Beiber is very christian and tweets about Jesus all the time, and thanks God after getting an award, but I don't see parents complaining about him using his fame to convert young girls to Christianity. It doesn't look at all like he is using his fame to convert girls to Islam, just that he is expressing his beliefs.

The people that wrote this article are nuts.

  4. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

I agree with 1...whether it be posting on facebook about how "good" Allah is or imprisoning a man for saying he is an atheist

  5. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

    Muslims suck ass

  6. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

The author seems like a total cocksucker. Enticing jihad? Facing Mecca? The author knows that the kids a boy band member and that he's a fucking kid? Not part of some ulterior motive by a world wide drive to get people to convert to islam by releasing one shitty song at a time? How did this post get through? Seriously mods, I know you're pressed for posts, but this the most thinnly veiled racist topic in a while. Read the article it links to before you let a post through. For the love of God, or should I say Allah.

  7. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

@6: No, you should not say that. Please don't.

  8. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

Is he wrong because of Islam or because he is trying to influence people? Either of those on their own seem reasonable (people can be Muslim, people can sing/talk about what they feel is important), so what's the problem?

  9. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

@6 OP here... Yes the article is racist. Thats why I posted it. To show how people are so racist against islam. Not because im a racist. And by crazies, I meant the people who are accusing the little kid of "pimping islam"

  10. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

#3 you stole the words right out of my mouth

  11. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

6 here. my bad OP, the post was worded ambiguously.

  12. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

    #8 here.
If #9 is OP then I take back my statement.

  13. Anonymous MattheW Says:

While I agree with the sentiment of the OP (that this article and mindset are ridiculous) the paper is not a reputable one. Calling the most zealous person in the KKK a racist is all well and good, but the bigger problem is the systemic mindset that affects the whole group.

  14. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

    Islam is not a race...

  15. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

^ It might not specifically be a race but the treatment/behaviour of these people towards Muslims can certainly be compared to racism. So technically = not racism, in all other aspects besides the name = racism. Maybe it's better explained as prejudice/stereotyping/xenophobia.

  16. Anonymous Anonymous Says:

@14 I agree. Islam is not a racist, therefore you can't be racist against Islam. I'm an atheist and think all religions are messed up. I'm an equal opportunity hater for all religions :)
