My friend was drunk dialing people in the middle of the night and as soon as they answered he'd yell "WATER WATER WATER! and then tell them they are supposed to say loo loo loo."

One of my friends started it up at a party just after Frosh week, got like 150 people cheering along. It's one of the few generic frosh week cheers I like, sure as hell better than "WHAT DO WE DRINK? WATER! WHO'S YOUR DADDY? LOU!" Ridiculous.
